Skylark Territories

The map shows the historical territories of skylarks in the Malverns shaded blue. The red numbers represent the 9 territories that were present in mid June 2017.  The two near the top, near “Great Malvern” are on Poolbrook Common which is also an historical breeding area although not shown on the map. The maximum was 54 territories recorded in 1988.
